Welcome to AvaXcadabra! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Avalanche L1 validator node deployment platform and services. By accessing or using AvaXcadabra, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AvaXcadabra provides the following services:

  • • Automated deployment of Avalanche L1 validator nodes

  • • Payment processing for crypto and fiat payments

Service Availability

We strive to provide 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Note: However, we guarantee more than 80% availability, necessary to validate and obtain L1s rewards.

👤User Accounts

  • • Use strong, unique passwords
  • • Keep your login credentials secure
  • • Report unauthorized access immediately

❌ Prohibited Activities

  • • Sharing account credentials
  • • Creating multiple accounts
  • • Using automated tools without permission

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
